更换 打印头

此过程将指导您更换打印头。
在开始维修之前，请先阅读此过程。
  • 关闭打印机电源。
  • 打开打印机盖以便露出打印头 (1)。
打印头会在打印过程中变热。为防止打印头受损以及发生人身伤害的危险，切勿触摸打印头。只能使用清洁笔进行打印头维护。
人体皮肤或其他表面聚集的静电能量一旦释放，可能会损坏或破坏打印头和设备使用的其他电子元件。处理打印头或顶盖下的电子元件时，必须遵循防静电规程。

  1. 将打印头松开锁片推离打印头方向。打印头右侧松开。

  2. 来回摆动松开的打印头右侧，将其拉出打印机。拉出并稍微向右侧拉动，拉出打印头左侧。将打印头轻轻拉出，使其脱离顶盖，以便露出打印头背面的连接电缆。注意，红线标注部分是左侧打印头限位器凹槽。

  3. 小心地将两个打印头电缆束连接器 (1) 从打印头 (2) 上用力拉下。将接地线 (3) 从打印头上拉下。

  4. 将打印头与打印机对齐。将右侧的打印头电缆连接器推入打印头。连接器带有键槽，只能单向推入。
  5. 将接地线连接到打印头接地片。
  6. 将左侧的打印头电缆连接器推入打印头

  7. 将打印头总成左侧插入打印机左侧的凹槽 (1) 中（以红色突出显示）。

  8. 将打印头背面的弹簧丝凹口 (1) 对准弹簧丝。将打印头右侧推入打印机，直到锁片将打印头右侧锁入打印机。

  9. 在施加压力时，确保打印头能够上下自由移动；在释放压力时，确保打印头能保持在锁定位置。

  1. 清洁打印头。使用一根新清洁笔，将打印头上的油渍（手指印）和污渍擦除。从中心位置向外侧清洁打印头。请参阅清洁 ZD411D 打印头。
  2. 插好断开的打印机电源。
  3. 装入全宽标签或收据纸卷。用全宽卷打印可验证打印头功能的方方面面。
  4. 打印配置报告。请参阅打印配置报告以测试打印。
