Before installing ZAMS kiosk and mobile device APKs, it is recommended to create a new
Company Admin
user for the ZAMS Portal access. For initial testing, it is recommended to create at least three to five
Device User
s to log in to the devices.
It is highly recommended to create a
Company Admin
user solely for the Cabinet registration. Once the username and password of this Company Admin user are configured, they should not be changed to prevent the Cabinet from prompting new credentials.
