Troubleshooting PTT Pro for Android
Problem
Cause
Solution
Activation is not completed on the client.
In order to complete activation of the client, the system administrator must first provision a user in the Zebra PTT Pro Management Portal.
Contact the system administrator to provision the user.
The Map tab appears black or blue.
The
Location Services
feature on the device is turned off.
The
Google Play services
feature on the device is disabled and/or is out-of-date.
A firewall is blocking access to Google Maps.
Turn on the device’s
Location Services
