While the media path surfaces can be cleaned, the internal cutter blades and mechanism are NOT a user-cleanable component. You will only need to wipe the areas around the cutter,
Wipe the ridges and the plastic surfaces of the media entry (inside) and exit slot (outside) of the cutter, the areas outlined in blue in these images.
Repeat as necessary to remove any adhesive or contaminate residue after the cleaned areas have dried.
