Before adding (pairing) a Bluetooth-enabled device to the printer , make sure it is turned on and discoverable.
Your Windows device may need a Bluetooth adapter to connect to Bluetooth device. Check with your device manufacturer’s User Manual for further information.
Click the Windows Start () button and select
Settings
.
In the Settings window, click
Devices
.
Click
Bluetooth
.
If your PC doesn’t have Bluetooth installed, the Bluetooth category will not be displayed in the list of device categories.
The printer is identified by the serial number.
Click on the printer icon, then click
Pair
.
The printer prints a passcode.
Compare the passcode printed by the printer to the passcode shown on the screen. Click
Yes
if they match.
When the computer and printer are paired, the printer's status in the Devices window changes to 'Connected' as shown here.
