ACS uses the user name for the roles and profile assignments in the Workcloud Communication environment. The user name is mapped to the correct profile on the device when the user signs in.
Select the
Mappers
tab.
Enter
username
in the
Name
field.
Enter
${Attribute.name}
in the
Template
field.
This enables the name field from the IdP to pass to the OAuth services. The attribute name comes from the IdP and may differ in your environment.
