Removing the Expansion Back

This section provides steps to remove the Expansion Back.
Remove power before removing the Expansion Back.
  1. Power off the device.
  2. Using a T6 Torx screwdriver, remove four screws securing expansion back to device.

  3. Lift Expansion Back off device.

  4. On 8 in. version only, replace rubber gasket removed during installation.

  5. Replace battery cover.
    align battery cover
  6. Carefully press down around the edge of the cover. Make sure that the cover is seated properly.

  7. Press the Power button to turn on the device.
