Use the SmartCal media calibration feature of your printer to quickly calibrate it to the media that is currently loaded in your printer.
During this procedure, the printer automatically determines the media sensing type (gap, black line, or notch) and measures the length of the media that is loaded.
Make sure media is properly loaded, the printer cover is closed, and printer power is ON.
Press and hold
PAUSE

( ) simultaneously for two seconds.
The printer feeds media and measure several labels and returns to Ready status.
