The first firmware version element listed should have the canopy firmware version that was just downloaded.
The canopy firmware version in this example is PAAFIS00-002-R01.
If the firmware version in the 20009 attribute is not updated, ensure the new firmware version name is different from the existing firmware version name and upgrade the firmware again.
Use OxpeckerTemplateConfig.xml to change the version name. Just renaming the file will not work.
