In order to enable a disabled application, the following script is used.
Run the following in order to re-enable the test App that was disabled.
invoke enable-application testApp
Run the following to check the applications. The test App is displayed and enabled again.
invoke list-application-status
The sources will be recovered from the code_cache folder.
