If Requested Attribute Number is set to 0x00, then the compiler will issue an available number to the newly added parameter, as a part of the pre-compile step. If the Requested Attribute Number is set to a non-zero value, then the compiler will try to use the number provided. The allowed range for Requested Attribute Numbers is from 2197 through 2243 . If the attribute number is not within the allowed range or if already in use, the compiler will issue an error.
