Adding an Extension

  1. Log into the Extension Manager with your valid credentials.
  2. Choose
    Extensions
    Extensions
    .
  3. Click
    Add Extension
     and enter the following:
    • Extension Description
       - Used by the Extension Manager during the extension selection. Refer to the Extension Manager Administrator Guide.
    • Phone Number
       - The zoom phone number was assigned to the user.
    • SIP User ID
       - Zoom Authorization ID.
    • SIP ID
       - Zoom User Name.
    • SIP User Password
       - Zoom Password.
    • PBX Configuration
       -  Select the Zoom PBX created in the previous section.
    • SIP MAC Address
       - Any pseudo-MAC address can be the same as the one configured in the Zoom Portal.
    • Repeat the steps to add another extension.
    Extension Manager supports extension configuration via a csv import. For more details, refer to the Extension Manager Administrator Guide.
    When configured with Zoom PBX,  Zebra Voice does not support the following features:
    • SIP Registration using configuration file from HTTP/TFTP server
    • Third-Party Conference
    • Call Flip
    • Share Line – Call Delegation
    • AEAD AES 256 GCM Algorithm for SRTP
