Firewall Configuration and Troubleshooting

The Zebra PTT Pro client requires specific network routes to communicate between the host device running the client and the
PTT Pro Server
. If the client device has a firewall enabled or is on a network that operates behind a firewall, such as many corporate wired and Wi-Fi networks, then the required communication routes may need to be configured in the firewall. Many issues with the client are caused by missing or incorrect configuration in the firewall.
