Default Callee Group
A Profile Manager administrator can configure a default callee group for
Workcloud Communication PTT Pro
users. The assigned default callee group must match an existing PTT Pro group. The
Workcloud Communication PTT Pro
app checks for the default callee group when the user changes roles or switches to a new site.
Setting the default callee group from Profile Manager overrides the default callee specified in the
Workcloud Communication PTT Pro Management Portal
and prevents the user from selecting a default callee in the
Workcloud Communication PTT Pro
app.
