There are two categories of Site definitions: Allowed and Disallowed Sites. Since the User import file can represent the enterprise’s entire user database, both Workcloud Communication System users as well as non-Workcloud Communication users, the Allowed / Disallowed logic provides a mechanism to determine which users are added to the PTT Pro system. Each user's record in the import file requires a Site ID, and during the Import process, users with a site matching a Disallowed Site are added to the Profile Manager system and not to the PTT Pro system.
