Licensing Information in the Portal

You can view used and available licenses in the Extension Manager and Provisioning Manager Portals. For details on using Extension Manager to view licenses, refer to the Workforce Connect Extension Manager Configuration Guide. For details on using Provisioning Manager to view licenses, refer to the WFC Provisioning Manager Customer Administrator Guide.
Tokens are created at the WFC Provisioning Manager. Refer to the WFC Provisioning Manager Customer Administrator Guide to view or modify your Extension Manager token.
Each WFC Voice product purchased appears as a Standard or Premium PBX license in the Provisioning Manager and Extension Manager. The Standard PBX feature license allows you to enable any of the standard PBXs in the WFC Voice client, while the Premium PBX feature allows you to enable any of the premium PBXs in the WFC Voice Client.
Standard PBX and Premium PBX do not display as PBX choices in the WFC Voice Client configuration. Instead, the actual PBX type the customer uses is configured at the WFC Voice Client (for example, Asterisk). The Extension Manager and Provisioning Manager satisfy the request with the appropriate license type. For example, a Standard PBX license is reserved if the Asterisk PBX is configured in the voice client.
The following table summarizes the  WFC Voice products and the PBXs that can be used for each.
