Setting Up a PIN

Set a PIN to protect access to data on the device.
To use the fingerprint reader, you need to set up a PIN. If you already have a PIN, then you can skip these steps and go to Setting Up the Fingerprint Reader.
  1. In the taskbar, touch g-l10ax-w11-task-icons-settings.png.
  2. Touch g-l10ax-wins10-settings-ico.png.
  3. Touch the
    Accounts
     icon.
  4. Touch
    Sign-in options
    .
  5. Touch PIN
    Windows Hello
    , touch
    Add
    .
  6. Enter your PIN and touch
    OK
    .
Now you can set up the fingerprint reader.
