The media roll adapters kit include a pair of 38.1 mm (1.5 in.) inner diameter (I.D.) media roll adapters and two mounting screws.
While the media roll adapters are intended to be permanently installed in the printer, they may be changed out as necessary to support various media roll sizes.
The adapters may wear out if they are changed too frequently.
Removing the media adapters to print on standard roll cores may leave plastic pieces in the media roll holders side areas that rub against the roll. These attached pieces can be pushed back into the side of the media roll holder.
