Endpoint Configuration Settings

To access Endpoint Configuration settings, from the bottom navigation bar, tap

Settings

Endpoint Configuration

or tap

Settings

Endpoint Configuration

This feature can be accessed by logging in as an Admin to the RFD40/90 EU devices.

Endpoint Status
- Provides the status of the active endpoint.

Configuration:

To add a new endpoint configuration, tap

Add New

Enter the endpoint name.

Select the type of endpoint:

SOTI

MDM

Select the protocol:

MQTT

MQTT_TLS

Enter the URL or server address, Port, Keep Alive, and Tenant ID.

Enter the minimum delay time to reconnect in the Min Reconnect Delay setting.

Enter the maximum delay time to reconnect in the Max Reconnect Delay setting.

Enter the Username and Password.

Check the checkbox to activate the endpoint configuration and uncheck it to deactivate it.

Tap

to modify or edit the endpoint configuration.

Tap

to delete the corresponding endpoint configuration.
