Inserting/Removing the Battery/PowerCap
Inserting/Removing the Battery/PowerCap
The battery/PowerCap ships separately from the scanner. Place the battery/PowerCap into the
DS4678
.
Replace the
DS4678
battery/PowerCap with a fresh one when the existing battery/PowerCap is unhealthy or has a low charge.
PowerCap requires firmware version PAAGYS00-005-R00 or newer.
Unlock the battery/PowerCap cover.
Use a disk (for example, a coin) to rotate the lock counterclockwise.
Remove the battery/PowerCap cover.
Insert/remove the battery/PowerCap.
Replace the battery/PowerCap cover.
Lock the battery/PowerCap cover.
Use a disk (for example, a coin) to rotate the lock clockwise.
Charge the battery/PowerCap before use.
