To enable TCP as signaling transport protocol using the command line interface.
  1. Go to the command line interface (CLI) and enter the following:
    srv# cat /etc/asterisk/sip_custom.conf  
tcpenable=yes  
tcpbindaddr=0.0.0.0 
srv# asterisk -x "sip reload"
