Install and Trust the Root Certificate on the PC

  1. Navigate to
    C:\Program Files\ZebraPTTProPCClient\keys
    .
  2. Right click the
    root.crt
     file and click
    Install Certificate
    .
    The Certificate Import Wizard dialog box appears.

  3. From
    Store Location
    , choose
    Local Machine
    .
  4. Click
    Next
    .
    A dialog box appears with the message as
    Do you want to change the setting?
     .
  5. Click
    Yes
    .
  6. Choose
    Place all certificates in the following store
    .
  7. Click Browse and select
    Trusted Root Certificate Authorities
    .
    Trusted Root Certificate Authorities
  8. Click
    Ok
    .
  9. Click
    Next
    .
    Complete Certificate Import Wizard
  10. Click
    Finish
    .
    The message "Import was successful" is displayed on the popup screen.
