The intent is sent, when Proxy Profile Manager URL is available during login. First, it moves the user to the respective department through Proxy Profile Manager server. If the user is successfully moved, then only it proceeds for login. The parameters are same with login intent. The site_id decides which Profile Manager instance to be moved.
