Sending a Prioritized Message

You can use the ZEMS Web Client to send important or urgent messages to contacts and groups. If you are a manager, you can send an important or urgent broadcast message to regions and sites.
  1. Click
    Contacts
    .
  2. Select
    Users
    or
    Groups
    to choose the recipient.
    Use the
    History
    view to reply to a message.
  3. Click the ellipsis Ellipsis displays Set Priority and Upload Attachment options. to display the
    Set Priority
    Icon next to Set Priority control. and
    Upload Attachment
    options.
    If you do not choose a priority, the message is sent as a standard message.
    Set Priority displays above the message text box.
  4. Click
    Set Priority
    and choose a priority.
    Choice of priorties is listed when clicking Set Priority.
  5. Enter the message and click
    Send
    .
