Adding a Network Printer

The user can manually add an ethernet printer
  1. Click A printer icon on the toolbar.
  2. Select
    Printer
    Add.
    A printer settings window showing various fields.
    The Printer Settings window appears.
  3. Enter the Printer's Name.
  4. Enter the Printer Model.
  5. Select Network from the
    Communication Type
    drop-down menu.

    The Printer Settings window updates.
  6. Enter the TCP/IP address of the printer.
  7. Press the printer's networking configuration status button, located next to the ethernet interface on the printer or on the PrintServer ethernet adapter, to print a status label.
    Enter the port number of the printer.
  8. Select
    OK.
The printer is added to the printer list.
