JSON Configuration Elements

This guide describes the configuration elements available to customize operations. These elements are added to the

WFCPTTProDefault.json

file on the

/sdcard

folder. The JSON file name is case sensitive.

The

/sdcard

is the default search path for the JSON file by the client. If the file is not found in that folder, the client searches the

/sdcard/WFConnect

folder, commonly found in the client when the

Workcloud Communication Enterprise Voice

client is installed. If the client does not find the JSON file in either folder location, default values are used.

Starting with Android 11, use the

/enterprise/device/settings/pttpro/

location for the configuration file on Zebra devices. For non-Zebra devices, use

Workcloud Communication Provisioning Manager

to configure
