Data Collection

Data Collection helps monitor the usage and performance of Workcloud Communication and helps ensure the quality of the products delivered to our customers. It is enabled by default and can be configured using Profile Manager or Provisioning Manager. Set '

enableGA = 0

' to disable data collection.

Data collection is enabled by default.

This feature only works when the PTT PRO Client runs on the Provisioning Manager and Profile Manager environments.

An instance is created and the default events are sent only if the customer ID is retrieved and available.
