This section describes potential issues that could arise while using the device and solutions that could correct the problem such as rebooting the device and redocking the device into the cradle.

External monitor not detected.
The device is powered off when placed in the cradle and then turns on.
Remove the device from the cradle and re-insert it. The device detects the monitor upon redocking the device.
Reboot after applying mDNA license (only applicable for Value Tier devices).
Reboot after switching between Mirror mode and Desktop mode.
Peripheral not detected.
Bad cable connection.
Remove the cable and re-connect.
