Custom User Agent String with OAuth WebView Login

This parameter allows an administrator to configure a custom User Agent (UA) string for OAuth WebView login.
Requires PTT Pro 3.3.10177 or later.
This feature is not available with Profile Manager.
An example of the default User Agent string:
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 11; TC52AX Build/11-16-05.00-RG-U00-STD-HEL-04; wv) 
AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Chrome/102.0.5005.78 Mobile Safari/537.36
An administrator can configure
