Worker Duress Alert

This intent is used to initiate a Worker Duress Alert, which sends an alert to the members of a PTT Pro group. The alert recipients can respond with a PTT call to the initiator to validate duress and obtain additional information.
PTT Pro for Android
 must be configured appropriately to enable the Worker Duress feature. The

Prerequisites

  • The PTT Pro client must be configured as described in the PTT Pro User Guide. The intents for configuration in this guide can be used to communicate the configuration related information to the PTT Pro client.
  • The recipient group which is configured in the PTT Pro client must be defined in the PTT Pro server.
  • Once Worker Duress is enabled through configuration, the user is asked to allow access to the Android Do Not Disturb feature on Android 10 and later. The user must select

  • The minimum required PTT Pro Android version is 3.3.10150.
