Integrity Check Notification

An integrity check is performed to ensure that the software and hardware configuration is a valid and certified combination.
Integrity Check is performed at one of two times:
  • During the installation Process
    • update function performs an integrity check on the Integrity Check parameters.
    • Upon failure:
      • The software installation will stop and notify the user of the failure
      • installation will be logged in the event log.
    • Upon success:
      • The software installation will proceed
  • During the Application Call to the Dimensioning Service
    • When the application enables the dimension, the software performs an integrity check on the Integrity Check parameters.
    • Upon failure:
      • The dimensioning function is disabled, and the integrity check failure is logged.
      • will be logged in the event log
    • Upon success:
      • Dimensioning will function normally.
