Regulatory Feedback Messages

When sealing or regulatory information on the device changes, a message is displayed. These messages notify administrators that there is an issue with the device certification.

Failed sealing integrity check
Sealing integrity check failure.
The software fails the sealing integrity configuration check for the device SKU.
This is a metrological event, so the relevant event count is increased and an event log entry
Failed Integrity Check
 is added.
Do one of the following:
  • Use the MD client to identify the last software that passed the integrity check and load that version of the dimensioning software on the device.
  • Follow place-in-trade procedures for the device.
Metrological change detected
Software is loaded containing versions or parameters that do not match the previously run version.
The user must confirm this message. On confirmation, the event log is updated with the changes to the affected versions and parameters.
Update the sealing label to match the event count in the event log.
