Connecting a Printer via USB
This procedure describes connecting a printer to the Zebra Print app via USB.
Connect the printer to the Android device via USB.
Select
Zebra Print
under
Choose an app for the USB device
if multiple apps on the device support USB connection, or tap
OK
on the permission dialog if there is no other USB app on the device.
The printer is displayed in Zebra Print. To review and modify any settings (recommended), select the printer from the list.
Click
Printer settings
.
Zebra Print connects to the printer and retrieves printer settings.
Modify any settings and click
Save
.
The printer displays on the
Printers
screen and is available for selection when printing via the print service.
When the USB printer is disconnected, it is not available to select in the print service and disappears from the printer list in Zebra Print.
