This section provides troubleshooting solutions for potential problems when using Zebra Print.

Problem
Possible Solution
Your printer does not display in the network discovery list.
Connect to your printer manually.
Your printer does not display in the Bluetooth discovery list.
Place the printer in limited pairing mode.
You are unable to pair a printer when adding it via Zebra Print.
Use device settings to pair the printer.
Printers with Bluetooth discoverable mode set to off and security mode set to 1 or 2 are added to Zebra Print but connection fails when attempting to print.
Pair the printer in Android Bluetooth settings before adding the printer to Zebra Print.
Printer settings updated from another application are not reflected in the print preview.
Delete the printer and add it in the Zebra Print app.
Length and width of printed content is different from the printer settings displayed in the print preview.

The print job fails when printing via Bluetooth.
Exit the
Printer settings
page if open.
When discovering a printer,
No printer found
displays frequently.
Wait approximately five seconds and reattempt discovery.
