Installing the Apps

You can install and manage Workcloud Communication using Workspace ONE, SOTI MobiControl, or Zebra StageNow. The steps for installing each app are provided below. When using the
Profile Client
 with
Zebra PTT Pro
 or
Zebra Voice
, install the
Profile Client
 first.
This guide provides the procedures for each app but does not provide the detailed user interfaces for each MDM. Specific MDM details are beyond the scope of this document. The administrator deploying the apps is expected to understand the details of the MDM.
Zebra StageNow is only applicable to Zebra Android devices.
The location of the configuration files differs between Android 10 and Android 11.
Android 10 and earlier:
Files can be copied to the external SD card (
/sdcard
).
Android 11 and later:
Files can be copied to
/enterprise/device/settings/<app>
