Install, Upgrade, and Uninstall Zebra Apks from StageNow to DUT

  1. Launch the Stage Now Application.
  2. Click
    Create a New Profile
    .
  3. Select MX version
    MX > 9.0
     or according to the device's MX Version.
  4. Click
    Xpert Mode
    .
  5. Click the
    Create
     button.
  6. Enter the
    Profile Name
     and click
    Start
    .
  7. From the Settings list, select
    FileMgr & AppMgr
     and click + icon.
  8. Click
    Add
    .
  9. FileMgr:
    1. File Action: Transfer/Copy File
    2. Target Access Method: File in the device file system
    3. Target Path and File Name: 
      1. A8/A10/A11 device: /sdcard/<file_name.apk> or /data/tmp/public/<file_name.apk>
    4. Source Access Method: File on a remote server
    5. Source File URI: Click on and select the APK file on your system

    Continue
     to move to the next section,

  11. Application Action: Install/Upgrade
  12. To Install/Upgrade:
    1. APK Path and Name
    A8/A10/A11 device: /sdcard/<file_name.apk> or /data/tmp/public/<file_name.apk>
    1. Access to App Info Action: Do nothing
    2. App Feature Action: Do nothing
  13. Click
    Continue
    Complete Profile
