This guide describes the procedures for using a Mobile Device Manager (MDM) to configure the Workcloud Communication apps. This guide is intended for readers who are familiar with the desired MDM and ensure that the target devices are pre-configured with the necessary MDM agent.
When you first deploy a Zebra client using a MDM application, you must install the client and apply the appropriate permissions for each app. You can deploy Zebra PTT Pro, Zebra Voice, and the Zebra Profile Client using an MDM.
Workcloud Communication apps support the following MDMs:
  • VMware Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch)
  • SOTI
  • StageNow
