Configuring Call Pickup Group

  1. In the Cisco CUCM PBX, go to
    Call Routing
    Call Pickup Group
    .
    Ensure that at least one
    Call Pickup Group
    exists.
  2. To create a new
    Call Pickup Group
    , select
    Add New
    and use the default settings.
  3. From
    Call Pickup Group Notification Settings
    , select the group that is to be configured.

    1. Call Pick Group Notification Policy
      , the the following alert setting follows:
      • No Alert
        : Provides no notification alert for the incoming call.
      • Audio Alert
        : Provides voice audio alert for the incoming call
      • Visual Alert
        : Incoming call alert is displayed on the screen.
      • Audio and Visual Alert
        : Provides both audio and visual notification for incoming call.
    2. Call Pick Group Notification Timer (Seconds)
      : configure the Call Pickup Group Notification Timer by setting the delay in seconds (an integer between 1 and 300) between when the call first reaches the original called party and when the notification is sent to the rest of the call pickup group.
