Workstation Cradle

The 1-Slot Workstation Cradle is an enhanced single-slot charging cradle with additional ports for HDMI, Ethernet, and four USB ports that enable an ET40/ET45 to be used as a workstation computer when connected to an HDMI monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Ensure that you follow the guidelines for battery safety described in Battery Safety Guidelines.

The Workstation Cradle provides:

5 VDC power for operating the device.

Charging for the device’s battery and optional Power Pack installed in an Expansion Back.

Three 0.5 A USB ports for USB devices (keyboard, mouse, USB scanner, etc.).

One 1.5 A USB port for a USB device or for charging a personal mobile device.

One HDMI port for connection to a monitor.

For audio support, use a monitor that has speakers (audio through the HDMI connection). To use a touch monitor, the monitor must have touch inputs that connect the feature to one of the USB ports of the cradle.

One Ethernet port for connection to a wired Ethernet network.
