Export an event log from the Regulatory Information screen.
Touch the information icon to open the Regulatory Information screen.
From the bottom of the Regulatory Information screen, touch
Export Event Log
.
The event log file name is:
Timestamp_Event_Log.csv
Where
Timestamp
is the current date and time.
The event count on a new device depends on software or hardware changes made before the device leaves the factory or staging operation.
The figures below illustrate the event log export process and the location of the exported event log. The exported event log is overwritten by a new export to ensure that the latest event log is captured. The internal event log cannot be overwritten.
To print the event log, download it to a host computer. See the device product reference guide for information on transferring files to a host computer.
