EPL Fonts

To download fonts for EPL print operations, use the Zebra Setup Utilities or ZebraNet Bridge.
To display soft fonts (ext.) available to EPL, send the 
EI
 EPL command to the printer.
  • Optional Asian Fonts in your printer are displayed as soft fonts, but they are still accessible as documented in the
    A
     command in the EPL Programming Guide.
  • All EPL fonts displayed are bitmap fonts. They do NOT include the
    .FNT
     file extension or the horizontal (
    H
    ) or vertical (
    V
    ) designators that are displayed with the
    ^WD
     ZPL command (see ZPL Fonts).
To remove non-Asian EPL fonts with EPL programming, use the
EK
 EPL command.
To remove EPL Asian fonts from the printer, use the
^ID
 ZPL command.
