Connecting Using SNAPI Mode

Pair the USB scanner to the device using SNAPI.
  1. On the back of the VC8300, remove the dust cover.
  2. Connect the scanner USB connector to either USB port. The scanner beeps.

  3. Place the cable into the strain relief.
  4. Replace the dust cover.
  5. Ensure that the scanner is in SNAPI mode. Refer to the Product Reference Guide and scan the SNAPI barcode.
