Charging the Device by USB Cable

The Rugged Charge/USB Cable snaps onto the bottom of the device and removes easily when not in use. When attached to the device, the cable allows charging and allows the device to transfer data to a host computer.
  1. Locate the USB-C port (1).

  2. Insert the USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the device.

  3. Connect the USB connector to the power supply.
    Go to Power Supply with Plug Adapters for information on setting up the power supply. By default, the device includes an interface connector. If the interface connector is removed for USB-C cable connectivity, it must be replaced before charging or receiving an Ethernet IP address when placed in a cradle.
  4. Plug the power supply into a power outlet.
