Contacting Technical Support

If the printer fails to print the configuration label, or if you encounter problems not covered in the Troubleshooting section, contact Zebra Technical Support.
You will need to supply the following information:
  • Model number (for example, ZQ220 Plus or ZQ120 Plus)
  • Unit serial number (Found on the large label on the back of the printer, also found in the configuration label printout.) Refer to Serial Number and Product Configuration Code (PCC) Number Locations.
  • Product Configuration Code (PCC) (15-digit number found on the label on the back of the unit). Refer to Serial Number and Product Configuration Code (PCC) Number Locations.
