Unpacking and Inspection

This section describes unpacking and inspecting the box contents.

Carefully remove all protective material from the device and save the shipping container for later storage and shipping.

Verify that the following were received:

Quick Start Guide

USB Cable

Printer

Battery Pack

Regulatory Guide

Plugs and Adapters (APAC Only)

Belt Clip (EMEA / LATAM Only)

Check all exterior surfaces for damage.

Open the printer media cover (refer to Loading the Media) and inspect the media compartment for damage.

Prior to using the device for the first time, remove the protective shipping film that covers the LCD display.
