Setting Up Windows Hello Face

Set Windows Hello Face to protect access to data on the device.
To use Windows Hello Face, you need to set up a PIN. For steps on how to set up a PIN, see Setting Up a PIN.
  1. Touch the Windows
    Start
     icon Windows 10 Start icon and touch the
    Settings
     icon Windows 10 Settings icon.
    The Settings window appears.
  2. Touch the
    Accounts
     icon.
  3. In the left pane, touch
    Sign-in options
    .
  4. In the right pane of the Sign-in options, under
    Windows Hello Face
    , touch
    Set up
    .
  5. Touch
    Get Started
    .
  6. Enter your PIN.
  7. Hold your face steady until the image is captured.
