Only use a nano SIM card. EC55 only.

For proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions to avoid damaging the SIM card. Proper ESD precautions include, but not limited to, working on an ESD mat and ensuring that the user is properly grounded.

Using your fingernail or a plastic tool, pull out the SD/SIM card drawer.

Remove the SD/SIM card drawer from the device.

Insert the SIM card into the access drawer.

Insert the microSD/SIM card access drawer into the device.

Press the SD/SIM card drawer into the device to ensure it is in securely.
