Unpacking the Device

Carefully remove all protective material from the device, and save the shipping container for later storage and shipping.

Verify that the following items were received:

Inspect the equipment for damage. If any equipment is missing or damaged, contact the Customer Support center immediately.

Before using the device for the first time, remove the protective shipping film that covers the exit window, touch screen, and rear camera.
