Assembling the 4-Slot Charge Only ShareCradle Rack

Use the Rack/Wall Mount Bracket to mount a 4-slot charge only sharecradle on a rack. When installing on a rack, first assemble the bracket and cradles/chargers and then install the assembly on the rack.
  1. Assembling the Bottom Tray
  2. Place the power supply in the bottom tray.
  3. Connect the AC line cord to the power supply.
  4. Connect the DC line cord to the power supply.
  5. Secure the power supply and cables to the bottom tray with tie wraps.
  6. Ensure that the tie wrap buckle is on the side of the power supply. Having the tie wrap buckle on top of the power supply interferes with the top tray.
  7. Route the cables through the cable slots.

  8. Assembling the Top Tray
  9. Secure four M2.5 studs to the top tray as shown.
  10. Align and install the cradle onto the studs of the top tray.
  11. Secure the cradle to the top tray with two M2.5 safety screws.
  12. Slide the top tray onto the bottom tray.
  13. Connect the cables to the cradle.
  14. Secure the top tray to the bottom tray with four M5 screws (two on each side).
