View Contacts and Contact Actions

The
Contacts
screen provides access
Favorites
,
User
,
Group
, and
All
. The contact actions menu and action bar are also available from the contacts screen.
  1. Tap
    Contacts
    .
  2. Press and hold on a contact to display the action menu.
    Contact Action Menu
    PTT Pro action menu for contacts.
    Contact History
    Opens the call and message history for the selected contact.
    Contact Info
    Provides information about the contact, such as customer name, department, and contact capabilities.
    Set Default Callee
    Sets the contact as the default recipient when you tap
    Push to Talk
    and no contact or group is selected.
    This option is not available when the
    Profile Manager
    administrator specifies a default callee group.
    Block Calls
    Blocks calls from the selected contact.
    Add to Group
    Adds the contact to a Personal or Member group. You must create a Personal or Member group first.
    Hide Contact
    Removes the contact name from the Contact screen on the device. The contact is not removed from the
    Workcloud Communication PTT Pro Management Portal
